Do you ship across Canada?
Yes! We ship our handcrafted soaps and bath & body products across Canada. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and the size of your order.
Can I make changes to my order before it ships?
Unfortunately, we can't make changes or cancel an order after it's been submitted. If you would like to add additional products to your shipment, please email us info@okanagansoap.ca
How long does it take for my order to get here?
In-stock products: Orders typically require 1–4 business days to process before shipping.
Out-of-stock products: If an item is out of stock, we’ll contact you to see if you’d like to wait for it to become available or switch to a similar product that is currently in stock.
Once your order has shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method.
Custom & wholesale orders: These orders generally require 1–3 months to craft before shipping. If you have an urgent custom order, please contact us with your desired delivery date and quantity, and we’ll let you know what may be possible.
How to track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.
Can I pick up my order locally?
Yes! At checkout, simply select the Local Pickup option.
Once your order is ready, we’ll contact you to arrange a convenient pickup time.

Please note that our shop operates by appointment only. This allows us to plan our production schedule and make sure we’re available to assist you when you arrive.
Because we make all of our products in small batches and have production work happening throughout the day, we aren’t always available for walk-ins. If you’d like to stop by, simply email us at info@okanagansoap.ca to arrange a time that works for you.

Do you offer custom orders?
Yes, we love custom orders! We offer custom soap loaf which includes 10 full size bars of all-natural cold process soap with your choice of design, oils, essential oil and natural botanicals and/or clay.

Can I choose the scent and ingredients for a custom soap loaf?
Yes! Our custom soap loaves can be personalized with your choice of design, oils, essential oils, natural botanicals, and/or clay, depending on the formulation.
Do you offer samples?
Yes, we have offer mini Okanagan Soaps & mini Bath and Body packs.
Do you offer soap ends or imperfect bars at a discount?

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied with your order, please contact us at info@okanagansoap.ca within 30 days of delivery to discuss your options. Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Are your products all-natural?
Yes, our products are handcrafted in small batches using carefully selected natural ingredients. We believe in keeping our formulas simple and letting the natural qualities of the ingredients shine.
We use ingredients such as plant-based oils, butters, essential oils, clays, and botanicals.
Why should I choose handmade soap instead of commercial soap?
Handmade soap offers a more natural and skin-friendly alternative to many mass-produced commercial soaps. Because it is made in small batches, we can carefully select high-quality oils, butters, botanicals, and other natural ingredients.
Our handmade cold-process soaps are designed to cleanse without unnecessarily stripping the skin’s natural oils, leaving your skin feeling soft and moisturized. They are made with thoughtfully chosen ingredients and without the harsh detergents commonly found in many commercial cleansing bars.
Handmade soap also supports a more sustainable approach to soapmaking. Small-batch production allows us to focus on quality rather than mass production, and we can choose ingredients and packaging with the environment in mind.

Are your soaps vegan?
Yes, our soaps are vegan and made without animal-derived ingredients.
Are your products palm-free?
Yes! Our soaps are palm-free. We choose plant-based oils and butters that create a rich, nourishing bar without the use of palm oil.
What does “cold process soap” mean?
Our soaps are made using the traditional cold-process method. This allows us to carefully select our oils, butters, essential oils, botanicals, and other ingredients. Each bar is then given time to cure naturally before it is ready to use.
How long does handmade soap last?
With proper care, a bar of handmade soap can last a long time. The biggest factor is keeping your soap dry between uses. We recommend using a draining soap dish or soap saver so the bar isn’t sitting in water.
Why does my handmade soap look or smell slightly different from another bar?
Because our soaps are handmade in small batches, slight variations in colour, shape, texture, and scent are completely normal. These little differences are part of what makes each bar unique!
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Everyone’s skin is different, so we recommend reviewing the full ingredient list before using any product. If you have known allergies or sensitivities, please contact us if you have questions about a specific product.
Do you use essential oils or fragrance oils?
We use all natural pure essential oils. We do not use artificial fragrances.
Are your products tested on animals?
No. Our products are not tested on animals.
How should I store my handmade soap?
Keep your soap somewhere cool and dry between uses. A draining soap dish or soap saver is ideal. Avoid leaving your bar sitting in a puddle of water, as this will cause it to soften and dissolve more quickly.
Why does my soap have a white powdery coating?
That white coating is commonly called soda ash. It can naturally develop during the cold-process soapmaking process and is harmless. It does not affect the quality or performance of the soap.
Why is the colour of my soap different from the photo online?
Our soaps are handmade in small batches, and natural ingredients such as clays, botanicals, and plant-based colourants can vary from batch to batch. Lighting and photography can also affect how colours appear on screen.
Can I send an order as a gift?
Absolutely! Our products make wonderful gifts. If you'd like to send an order directly to someone, please make sure the shipping address is the recipient's address at checkout.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! We offer gift wrapping to make your Okanagan Soap order extra special.
Gift wrapping can be added to your order here.
We offer several options to choose from:

- Gift Box – Perfect for orders being shipped directly to the recipient.
If you’re sending a gift directly to someone, we can also include a personalized gift message to make it extra special.

Do you offer wholesale?

Do you have a minimum wholesale order?
No! We don’t have a minimum wholesale order. Whether you’re a small boutique placing your first order or an established retailer looking to restock, you can order the quantities that work best for your business.
We offer 50% off retail pricing on in-stock products, making it easy to start small, try different products, and reorder as needed.
Do you offer private label and white label?
Yes! We offer both options.
White Label:
We make the product using one of our existing formulas, and you sell it under your own brand and label. This is the simpler and more affordable option.
Private Label:
We work with you to create a product specifically for your brand. This can include custom formulation, scent, colour, botanicals, packaging, labeling, and other details.
